a simple meal

Throughout my whole journey back home, i was thinking what to have for dinner and to share the dinner with my mum. 20pcs nuggets and fries? LJS? XXL chicken? polar puffs? chicken wing rice? Big bao? And if you realised, they are all the UNHEALTHY and WEIGHT GAINING food.

I was struggling so hard to resist having all these 'comfort food', especially my all time favourite MacDonalds. And a bad habit to add is, I love having my meal in variety and in the end cant finish all. Very bad habit, i know.

Then, I thought, 'NO! I am on DIET and MUST CUT DOWN on all the unhealthy stuffs.' So, i decided to buy my dinnner at the foodcourt in my living precinct.





Porridge with beancurd, cabbage, szechuan veg and soy sauce chicken and half a grapefruit. I shared it with my mum. Better than all the 'comfort food', right?! Hee Although the serving might be small for some, I felt very very full. It made me realised, its just another daily dinner afterall. A simple meal can makes one full and happy. I am happy with the decision made.
Well, i can do without the extravagance meal which i always love to have. Moreover, i dun have to run longer distance to ease my guilt. One plus point to add, its cost saving - $3.20 for two. Heeeheee
Having said all, I hope my determination will go on strong!
Ha ha ha! ;p We shall see...;p
