What a great dinner I had cooked by Maddy! She boiled the soup with ikan bilis and scallop and bought all the meaty ingredients and stuffed it into the beancurd skin. Yum Yum...!
Hmm....I went for a run after my nappy. Seems like I had alot of energy and breath to enjoy and complete my 4k. Perhaps I should time my run next time.
